I am re-starting Atkins Induction tomorrow for two weeks. I have gone off plan for the last couple of weeks and the cravings are back. In my place of employment, our secretary has a bowl of chocolates that she keeps in her office and everyone goes to her office to get some. When I was on Atkins, I had 0 cravings for chocolate and candy in her office. I have found that I want to go and "visit" her often the last couple of weeks! My cravings are back and also my 'after-lunch-I-am-crashing-so-bad' low energy levels are back.
So, I have decided to go back to pure induction foods and to continue with Atkins.
