Default New to Atkins :)

Hi! I'm new to Atkins, but not to low carb. I was on IP for 3 months this year, lost 50lbs and here I am. I'm looking for something that WORKS without the pre-packaged style to stick to. Just wanted to stay hi & see if you guys had any tips for me?

to Atkins!

The best tip I can give you is to read the book (Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution 2002 or prior versions) BEFORE beginning the plan so you understand exactly how & why this works....then follow it to the letter! Atkins works when its done correctly....I've been doing it 8+ years and I'm living proof!
All the best to you!

Welcome! I love your screen name. So cute! My best tips: Use this board for ideas and encouragement and stay on plan; it totally works if you do.
