Help!!which Atkins Book?
 

Hello Everyone,
So I am new to the Atkins diet and really would like to start it off. However i was at chapters yesterday and there was a million versions of the book. Which one should i start with? I ended up buying the Dr. Atkins NEW diet revolution. Is this okay for a first timer or is there a better version?

You got the right book!! Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (2002 or prior versions). were written by Dr. Atkins himself....any of the "newer" books were not. JMHO, who better to listen to about the plan than the man who wrote it!!:)
All the best to you doing Atkins! I've been doing it 8+ years now and can tell you its a great lifestyle when its done correctly.
