So I have almost 70 lbs to lose I am going to break my loss goals up into 4 20...20...20..10(goal) with the first three being my "mini goals" so to reward my self for all my hard work I am going to....
First 20lbs new outfit and shoes and go out with friends (I do this at times anyway but dont by shoes and clothes much unless I really need them)
second 20 (40lbs) spa day THE WORKS!
Third 20lbs (60 lbs) Trip to Chicago with some shopping (girls trip)
last 10lbs (goal 70lbs) New tattoo plus finish my last one and a new wardrobe.
and by this point my kids (my two oldest) should be tall enough to ride all the rides at MI adventure ( we love the water park but I hate being in a bathing suit) so we can do this too and mommy can play and ride with them!!!! and all the fun water stuff we can do and mommy can join in with out feeling like a whale!
These are just the things I am thinking about as I work to keep me going not to mention how much I look forward to be able to run and play with my kids with out feeling burn out in a matter of mins, and my over all health!
