I had a few I dont remember the names now, but I just searched cal counter or carb counter and it would give me a list. I dont really care for them so I just use a note book that seems to work much better for me.

Thanks all!! I still plan on writing it down but thought I would be more accountable if I also used my Droid since it's always with me. I tend to conveniently forget little things which then add up to big things! appreciate it!
