Question What App?

Hi I feel like I need to start tracking my carbs and calories a little better. Can you guys share what apps you are using on your phones to do this? Thanks so much!

I had a few I dont remember the names now, but I just searched cal counter or carb counter and it would give me a list. I dont really care for them so I just use a note book that seems to work much better for me.

I love fatsecret! It's great for figuring out net carbs. I log in my journal still but I can also use this to log my weight and it puts it into a neat chart.

Both website and app are free

I use myfitnesspal which tracks calories, protein and carbs. I access it on my Droid phone and computer!

Thanks all!! I still plan on writing it down but thought I would be more accountable if I also used my Droid since it's always with me. I tend to conveniently forget little things which then add up to big things! appreciate it!
