Can anyone out there tell me if exercising during the induction phase really speeds up the weight loss process? When I lost weight w/Atkins years ago, I never exercised and the weight melted off. Now I'm about 8 years older and I'm wondering if I should exercise while doing Atkins to melt off the fat at a steady pace...or should I just stick with the way I did it before.
I've heard or read something (can't remember if it was the book or someone on one of the forums) that you can skip exercise when you start induction if your not used to it, then slowly add it in. I actually started weight lifting again because I felt so good from being on Atkins, haha.
