Congratulations on making the choice to get back on track!
I love Atkins too, it was the only thing that helped me lose weight when I stalled on calorie counting on and weight lifting. I got stuck at 160 lbs and it brought me down to 146. I stopped doing it because life got busy with planning a wedding, a move and then getting pregnant.
But now I'm back at it, on day three and down 2.5 lbs already (I know in the beginning you tend you lose a lot of water weight first). I ike it because I feel good on it, and the weight seems to come off easily.
We have a challenge going on right now for Valentines day but will be doing another right after that, most of us talk in the V Day thread right now. Come join in and we can help each other be accountable
