I'm sorry to hear you are sick. Can you just take probiotics in pill form instead of yogurt? Most probiotics have more of the friendly bacteria in them than yogurt does, plus you won't be consuming all the sugar in yogurt. It's just a thought!

I hope you feel better soon!

I get strep a lot it sucks I hope you feel better soon.

I eat yogourt on Atkins OWL phase. Plane Greek style or with SF flavoring. You could consider moving to OWL until you're better. That might make it easier to back to induction when you are feeling better.

Well right now I am not eating a ton of junk anyways, mostly teas and soups and stuff- I talked the the pharmacist and she recommended the yogurt over the pills, but to be honest besides the pain meds the freezies are really helping. I didnt really give moving into OWL a good thought- Though I wasn't really having too much issues moving into induction- other then running out of groceries- my roomie is a vegetarian sooo it makes it a bit interesting (he doesnt like the smell of meat cooking and we are def. lacking a microwave)

But hes okay with fish so Ill figure something out, since I am paying to live here and he said meat was okay lol.

Thanks everyone! Keep crossing your fingers its not mono!!

That is def a downside to Atkins...I have yet to find a food that appeals to me when I'm sick.

I hope you're feeling better soon!
