Bfast -2 coffees with cream/splenda (3)
lunch - green beans 1.5 cups (6 carbs), 3oz cheese (3), Roast beef (0)
snack - crystal light (1)
dinner - chicken pattie (2), with cheese (1), sliced peeled cucumber chips (4)
Total - 20
3 mile run/walk after work. Massage in the evening (yay!)
