Default Well shoot. Are MIMs illegal for induction?

I thought the MIMs (muffins in a minute) with 3 tbs of flax were "legal" for induction. Now I just read that the earlier books say only 1 tbs of flax for regularity.

Should I skip the MIMs until I go up the carb ladder?

Thanks!

You know when you first posted it I questioned it, but they have it listed for an induction week 1 recipe on the atkins site??

So, they are legal then? that's great because I really have a hard time at breakfast, so this gives me a variety over eggs!!

I've googled and basically found that the Old atkins said only 1 tbs flax for regularity. The new atkins says you can have as much as you need for regularity.

I'm personally going to skip them for my 2 week induction.

Good for you Readyfreddy, I personally would stay away from them during Induction as well.
Remember, Dr. Atkins wrote the old Atkins books (2002 & prior editions). The
"New" Atkins books have been modified. IMO, if you're going to do Atkins, it should be done the way Dr. Atkins wrote it, not the way someone else decided to alter it.
All the best to you! You CAN do this!
