muffin question
Hey everyone:
I still lurk from time to time, and have maintained for over a year, sticking to a diet under 50g carbs/day. Currently on induction again, to lose a bit more this fall.
I was enjoying my flaxmeal muffin with cream cheese this morning, and was thinking of making a few for the next week. I know we can't always multiply recipes and expect the same results, and I also know a few people have made bulk batches. (6 or more)
For those who have already done the experiment, what are the proportions?
Also, I know some folks have used almond meal instead.... what are the number of carbs in that version? Want to count carefully.
