Eggs, bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, induction friendly veggies, salad stuff, low carb dressing, mayo. I like to keep the frozen chicken breasts on hand too...those are the main things I try to keep in the house at all times. Good luck!

Lots of fresh veggies, meat, eggs. Frozzen burgers are good as long as they are pure meat without fillers. I also keep tuna on hand for salads.

Pork skins have been invaluable to me. I know, cliche, but the salty crunch sometimes is a MUST.

I'd do extra eggs - good for boiled/deviled/omelets.

Any plain meat - I love to buy ground chuck when I can get a good price for cheeseburger salads and just burger patties for easy eating.

Bag of shredded cabbage for slaw - cook grnd beef in skilet, top with slaw. Cook until slaw cooked. Add soy sauce and sesame oil - chili sauce if you have a no sugar kind. We call it hamburger helper.

Good luck, there's lotsa great ideas on this site - go snooping! then go shopping!

I would avoid canned whipped cream. I know there is supposed to be either a low-carb or no-carb one but to me, it always looked fishy and I was extremely skeptical and avoided it.
Whip up your own using heavy cream....and add a bit of artificial sweetener if you want.
