I'm back too!
What do you guys think of a daily intake thread?
today - coffee with splenda (1), chicken pattie (2)
lunch - sausage (1), spinach and cheese (10)
snack - almond butter 2 tbs (3)
dinner - veggies (5), steak (0).
Total = 23

What do you mean by daily intake thread? I thought this was one? I like seeing what everyone else is eating
Had a bad day yesterday and ate a muffin and 2 cookies, Then butter chicken for dinner. Ended up getting sick, not sure if it was from the junk or just coincidence. Didn't feel like eating at all today
Tea
Yogurt, nuts, pumpkin seeds.
Smokies and green beans for dinner.
2 sq. Lindt 85% chocolate.
It always seems like I'm eating to much or to little.

When I posted before we had a thread for each day like "Daily Intake 9//7/11"
Everyone posted in it for that day, the next day, new thread.
I think maybe the daily thread encourages more people to post?

Today
Bfast coffee with cream and splenda (2), string cheese (1)
snack - sausage (1)
lunch - spinach and cheese (saag paneer) (10)
snack - peanut butter with flax seeds 2 tbs (2)
dinner - left over steak (0), coleslaw (6), poke (0), mini hamburger patti (0), wine (3) -oops not induction ok....
Total 25

Hi!

lunch - steak, cabbage with mayo (4)
snack - flax peanut butter 2 tbs (2)
dinner - smoked salmon/creamcheese mix on cucumber slices (5), creamed spinach (5)
Total 20 (only 9 carbs from veggies... going to try to get it closer to 12-15 tomorrow!)
I also forgot PB is not induction ok...going to go with a different snack tomorrow.

Mm the salmon was soo good last night. 2 parts smoked sLmon (not lox) 1 part cream cheese and then a dash of splenda brown sugar and chives. Mix till creamy. I loved it and so did my bf. Mmmmm

Tonight's dinner was another hit!
bfast - 1/3 muffin in a minute and smoked salmon/cream cheese and coffee (1)
lunch - chicken pattie (1), brie (2), hummus (4) creamed spinach (4)
dinner - almonds (3), cheddar (1), trader joes premade roast (0), cabbage (3), roast squash (accidentally used butternut and not winter which is higher in carbs but oh well) (7) and 1 cup coconut milk (1)
Total 27
And I walked 5 miles! I feel good.

snack - crystal light (1), sausage (1)
Dinner - Cucumber Salad (4), with vinegar, sesame seeds (1), chicken pattie (1) with cheddar (2)
3 mi run/walk
Total - 22
tuesday - coffee, string cheese (1)
lunch - cucumber (4), avocado (4) salad, with sausage (1), string cheese (1)
dinner - eating out - going to get the pork belly (0), with salad (8)
total - 19.
