Default Worried about maintaining

I'm down 95 lbs and only 40 pounds to goal weight. I'm really scared about it. Actually I'm freaking out. I've never lost this much in the past, but I always lose and gain, lose and gain. I want this to stick forever! Any ideas or thoughts? How do you plan to maintain for the rest of your life?

First CONGRATULATIONS !!!

Wish I could answer this for you ..... I would suggest going over to the Maintenance forum http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/living-maintenance-170/ and talking to the girls there to see how they manage to stay on plan.

Good luck !!! Leenie
