Well this summer has been fun but I've been gaining. Started back on induction and I'm down 4lbs. since Monday. Gotta stay on plan b/c even the "little" cheats add up!
Ditto, and I feel like I'm always thinking about food, you know?I tried on of those small, but frequent meal plans and I was never not eating, but was still hungry and tired of worrying about it. LC is one of the best things for me.
