The book does give lots of ideas on what to eat. As for me I eat lots of salads! I try to change them up with different kinds of lettuce and toppings. Pretty much any kind of meat as long as it is not fried. Green beans, broccoli, zucchinni, squash, cauliflower, eggplant. For snacks I have sugar free jello, sugar free pudding, maybe a piece of cheddar cheese(or any kind of cheese for that matter), pickles, pork rinds. I find alot of recipes on Lindas Low Carb. Hope this helps! Good Luck!
