Default A day in the life - Induction meals

What would be a typical day for you while in induction phase? What has been most effective for your weight loss?

I recently transitioned out of induction, but while I was on it, a typical day would look something like this:
Breakfast: coffee w/cream and splenda, two eggs, two sausage links
Lunch: Chicken salad on top of a bed of romaine
Dinner: Grilled pork chop, steamed broccoli
Snack: ounce of cheddar cheese.

For me, managing my calories is what is most effective. It also helps me to limit the nuts and convenience foods. (Managing my carbs is what keeps my hunger and cravings in check.)

I was looking at your ticker. Has most of your weight loss so far been with Atkins? If so, that is SO motivating for me!
