Are you doing any artificial sweeteners? When you taste something sweet your body sees it as sugar and treats it like sugar. I dont really remember exactly how it works. Your best bet is to avoid anything sweet tasting and see if that helps. Make sure you are only eating fats, protein, and fiber. Avoid all grains and make sure the fats you are having arent the bad ones.

I use the MyFitnessPal app on my phone to track everything I eat. I pay the most attention to carbohydrates, but also try to keep calories at 1800 or below. I've found that Atkins is a self-limiting diet for me, as I don't care to eat more of the allowed foods than this level.
