Default Psyllium husk?

I want to get some psyllium husk, and was wondering if it mattered if it was powdered, or whole? I am doing induction if that makes a difference. Thanks for any help

I use the stuff from Bulk Barn and it's kind of like a powder. It's soluble in water and great for salads.

I just ended up buying the only kind they had in the store I went too lol I tried it with a recipe I found - mix it with 1 ounce 1/2&1/2 + 1 TB of sf syrup. It was actually pretty darn good.. I will have to try it on a salad next time, good idea
