Default I'm sold...

I've been eating almost at induction levels (between 20-30g per day) for 10 days now and I'm sold. Not only did I break my month-long plateau of 127 (I'm 123 right now) but I feel great and I haven't had the urge to binge at all! I miss cereal in theory, but not enough that I NEED it right now - I know eventually I'll be able to work my carbs back up to have it in my diet, and knowing that is enough. And I've been craving sugar SO much less. I also am suprised that my stamina for working out is the same if not better! I ran 3.5 miles yesterday and it wasn't even that hard! I'm going to stick to these levels until I reach 118-ish then hopefully work my way up to 75-100g net for maintenance (with my carbs coming from veggies, fruits, and whole grain breads and cereals, I'm not a big pasta/rice person). Yay for low-carb!

Isn't it fantastic? I've found that I'm much more energetic since starting Atkins about 6 months ago. I also have hardly any cravings (unless I go off plan, which is really hard to do because I love it!)

Woot woot! Congrats for breaking that plateau! Those suckers can be SO frustrating! You'll make it to your goal!
