Im sure there are more to come but last night I had to stay up late studying and got nailed with a really bad craving the first like this in a week. So I went to find something atkins friendly and I see this brown bag in my freezer thats been there for a while. Of course it has freaking ice cream from my sons bday. At first I was like NOPE you dont even like vanilla but then as Im digging through the fridge I see hot fudge and carmal UGHHHHHH! It was so hard but I scooped them out and put it in the trash! Then I had some cheese and veggies!!! This is a HUGE step from me! I have never beat such a bad craving! I am really amazed I know its only been a week but I feel so freaking strong right now I just had to share!
