I feel amazing!!!

Sorry but I just had to post this I feel so freaking amazing right now! I have been doing atkins and I am on day 4. The sugar craving and carb cravings are GONE!!!! I walked through the bakery at my local grocery store and omg it smelled amazing and would usually make me want to buy one of the 100 cakes they have but this time I was like mmm that smells good and that was it!!!! No urge to buy any JUNK! On top of that I have to most energy I have had in litteraly years! I dont know how common this is for atkins but I have to say I am in LOVE!!!

I am not doing Atkins but I am low carb -- less than 80g a day. But isn't that the most amazing thing about getting through carb/sugar withdrawal? That you can actually resist! I think part of it has to do with not going through that awful detox again! LOL

You overcame a MAJOR hurdle and you should be so proud of yourself! I know I am! :-)

I did Atkins before and that was an amazing part! Congrats!! I loved the feeling during induction!

One of the things I love is, when I'm doing induction, and staying true to it, I really could not care less about having sugar or starch. Effects me not at all. Ain't it great?
