SO today is day 13 of induction, and I'm feeling great. Down a total of 5.4 pds and a total of 6 inches from all over. It is getting easier, not craving the carbs like i was the first week. I am planning on staying on induction for another few weeks as i have ALOT to lose. Just wanted to check in
Great job! Sounds like you are making terrific progress Don't be afraid to start moving up rungs of the OWL ladder if you start to feel like you need to broaden your food choices. I didn't realize how much I would enjoy having berries & nuts back in my diet until I started adding them back!

awesome!!!! Though I am going to add a couple OWL foods after my two wks I am still going to try to stay at 20 carbs to stay in induction too because I have about 85 to loose. WTG! and congrats!!!
