My fincee would love to find some recipes for low carb stuff. Any suggestions on where to go? I have kept my carbs this week at or below 20 and have lost 5 lbs so far.
I use several sites, but not sure if I am allowed to link them on here. I've also heard of threads on here that have recipes. But if you go to ask.com and type in 'Your Lighter Side', I get several good recipes from there -- especially what she calls oopsie rolls! LOVE those! 'Low carb luxury' is a good one. 'Low carb friends' and then 'sugar free sheila'. All great sites! If anyone knows more, please post! I always love to add new things.
