Grilled chicken salad for dinner.
Lately I've been making Kool-Aid and sweetening it with Splenda or Torani syrup instead of sugar. It's cheaper and has more flavors than Crystal Light.

Linsy, you're just lucky I'm not a hater..... keep it up.
Tonight, My "hamburger helper" - stir fry. 1 lb whatever meat, cooked down if needed. 1 med onion, 1 pkg slaw mix. Cover. Cook till soft. 1/4 C aminos. 1 C beef broth. 1 egg scrambled in however. Drain off liquid. Cook down liquid and pour back over the rest. I ate about 2C - approx 7 NC with a little sprinkle of sesame oil over my bowl. MMMMNICE.

Your Kool-Aid is a really good idea, Linsy. I wish I could share your yummy roast; it's one of my absolute favorites. Tonight, still battling the sinus business and the roofers banging away, I had Barber's Foods Stuffed Chicken Breast - Broccoli and Cheese. It's really too carby (14 carbs per serving) (is that a word?) for induction, but it's super quick, easy.
I also had a small square of sausage, cheese and egg quiche; I didn't feel like making a salad, and last night my salad greens tasted weird. I don't know if they're expiring early or if it's the sickie.

Roast pork loin marinated in italian dressing with butter smothered fresh broccoli. It was so delicious that I almost ate the other half I'm taking to work tomorrow!

You guys have great dinner ideas! NOMMIE, NOMMIE!
I think I'm having an Angus burger patty smothered in mushrooms and Vidalia onions sauteed in butter with "Healthy Visions" veggies.

Sandy that sounds DELICIOUS!
Had a taco salad from a Mexican restaurant, no shell no beans. I think it was a bit higher carb than i would have liked, because there was nacho cheese and I THOUGHT I tasted some refried beans with the meat...but oh well.

Snack: protein ball, hot tea. Sweet. It's become my "cookie" substitute.

Dinner tonight is mexican steak salad. I eat taco salad a lot, haha.
Lunch was delicious--turkey and chicken meatballs topped with a sprinkle of mozzarella and a salad dressed with leftover salsa from the mexican restaurant.

The steak salad I had last night was DIVINE--top sirloin simmered until tender seasoned with taco seasoning on a bed of lettuce with sour cream, cheese, and a little bit of taco bell creamy jalapeno sauce. Yum.
Dinner tonight is a hamburger patty with Dottie's Green Bean Casserole.

um, yesterday was a wash. New beginning today. Anyway, supper was pure delicious evil and merely posting it for you here might cause others to stray so I'll keep it to myself.

Everyone's dinner sounds so good...I need to make Linsy's steak taco salad. Tonight I had a Big Mac in a Bowl topped with homemade Thousand Island dressing. Tasty!
Arkansas Kel, what's a protein ball?
And SunnyDC, just checked out your ticker...you're doing GREAT! HOT, HOT, HOT!

Not in a cooking mood today. I went to the grocery store, and I think all that food made me tired. I had a protein shake and an Atkins daybreak bar for dinner. I added a little heavy cream, chocolate Torani syrup, and used a little leftover coffee as part of the water. YUMMY!
