Today is the first day since I started Atkins that I haven't had cravings or felt excessively hungry (which I imagine is just sugar withdrawals.) All I have had today is 2 boiled eggs for breakfast. It is now Noon and I know I need to eat some more, so I am going to force myself to have a salad.
When I first started (5 days ago) I wasn't sure that I would ever get to the point where I just didn't want to eat. But 5 short days later I am there!
