Wishing everyone SUCCESS on Thanksgiving

  • In less than 24 hours we will be facing Thanksgiving. I hope everyone has prepared what they will and will not eat. This is a great time to really test our will power, as inevitably there will be some wonderful foods abounding. One thing to consider, if we go off plan - a little or alot- we don't have to beat ourselves up for it. We will just dust ourselves off and get right back on plan Blessings to all and have a wonderful day
  • its a great day so far, with it being a quiet Thanksgiving, have not done too bad...made a low carb cheesecake for myself since it is also my birthday today...had to celebrate today with a glass of white wine, but other than that have stayed on plan...went for a long walk. hope everyone else is doing great.
  • azaleagirl Wtg for staying on plan!
I stayed on plan too I had some ham and turkey with green beans and cauliflower "mashed potatoes", and some crustless lemon cheese cake for dessert. It was waaaaaaaaaaay to cold to go for the walk afterwards that I had planned, but I hopped on my mom's treadmill in the garage for 30 minutes and played some WII bowling
  • I did badly! I ate roast, green bean casserole, shredded cheesy potatoes, and stuffing. Dessert was low-carb sugarfree pumpkin cheesecake. I enjoyed indulging but tomorrow is back on-plan. I hope everyone had more willpower than I did!
  • I hope people did better than I did what a setback.
  • Turkey, mashed cauliflower, green beans & salad here with a small slice of pumpkin bake w/whipped cream for dessert
  • I did gooooooooooood
I ate tiny little piece of turkey (I don't like it -but I eat my obligatory tiny little piece to make my mom happy )smoked ham, green beans, cauliflower mashed potatoes and had crustless lemon cheesecake for dessert. The weather was cold and terrible so I got on my mom's treadmill for 30 minutes afterwards. So Yeah, I'm kinda doing the yippie doodle dance
  • I'm busily gettting up and dusting myself off!
