Well, I thought I would start a new challenge for November.
I had joined one for October (Halloween actually) and didn't do as well as I would have liked weight wise. However, I have lost inches which equates to new jeans and bra sizes.
So, here I am making NEW goals for November.
1) Lose 10 more lbs.
2) Lose more inches off my butt and thighs which are shaping up quite nicely thank you
3) Drink lots and lots of water
4) Walk each day weather permitting
5) Be NICE & SUPPORTIVE of those who might decide to join me
for every 5lbs GONE!
