Default headaches on atkins?

hey guys, since monday i have cut back down to induction and my head is killing me. does anyone else get splitting headaches on induction?

Yes for about the first 3 days.

Try increasing water and increasing salt.

ok i will, i just drank a bottle of water and instantly felt some relief.
