Default Just another introduction

Hi everyone! I'm Kerry and I'm a 25 yr old cook with a great hubby and willful toddler
I've never been the correct weight and I would just love to be healthy! I adore Atkins, I did it a few years ago when I was 18, but I did it the wrong way. Stayed on induction for the whole duration, didn't count carbs, drank spirits ect. I'm into week two of induction this time around and I can't believe it took me so long to come back to it. I love the way it makes me feel, gone are my headaches, lethargy and skin break-outs. I have clear shining skin again, a clear head and ENERGY!!! --sorry slightly excited--
Anyway can't wait to meet my fellow low-carbers
25 yrs old. Overweight all my life, on Atkins to start a new life

Start Date - 19th Oct 2010

Hello Kerry and welcome back to Atkins! I also did Atkins the wrong way the first time, alcohol, as much food as I wanted without counting carb content, etc. Glad you're back and doing it the right time this go around! You say you're on your 2nd week of induction...how much have you lost so far if you don't mind me asking? Feel free to ask as many questions as you want - this is a great site and there are a lot of knowledgeable Atkineers who will be glad to answer your questions (including myself)! Good luck!!!

Same here, I ate the acceptable foods but never counted the carbs.

Doing it the right way and I'm losing good

Welcome back and I hope you stick around!

Lost weight in 2010, had a baby and lost it again, had another baby and now I'm back! My mini goal photos from when I first lost weight here:
