I use shirataki noodles (found in the refrigerated section in the produce department by soy products)
They are yam flour and tofu.
They have about 3 net carbs/bag.
They are bland so you have to put a good sauce on them. I do a burnt butter/sage sauce
I will not let stress, unexpected surprises, or lack of planning derail my plans to be the best, most fit, healthiest me.
