Way to go fatklr!

Mama - i made that recipe with subs. I used greek yog rather than cream cheese. It came out so so

10 27 10

two eggs (2), coffee with half pack splenda and cream (2.5)

lunch - pumpkin bake (7)

dinner - side salad with ranch (8), hamburger patty with cheese (1), grilled onions (5), bacon (0), and wing sauce (I'm scared this had sugar in it.... I'm going to count it as (3) and hope for the best.


total 28.5 (oops) but I passed up tons of candy and french fries so still better than I would have done!

Brought a piece of the pumpkin bake ( http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/3524597-post46.html ) to work today for breakfast (instead of my usual protein shake) and loved it. It's a good thing I only brought one piece with me. I topped it with a little cool whip free.

All I know is I ate a ton of carbs yesterday!

Breakfast: 3 eggs (1.5) Sausage (3) coffee (2.5)

Lunch: My "wraps" (3)

Dinner: Blackened Cajun chicken at white spot with veggies and a ceasar salad with no croutons, half a bottle of wine and coffee with khalua in it and some whipped cream on top, then two long shots of espresso with white mocha. (1000's haha)

Go big or go home right? It was a epic cheat and my weight's down .6 from the day before. I'll see it in a few days.

2 hamburger pattis (2), 2 slices cheese (2)

dinner - i made soup with zucchini, onions, garlic, carrots, tomatoes, celery, white wine and steak tips (I'm guessing 10 for a bowl but I didn't do a breakdown)

glass wine 3

2 eggs (2), cheese (2)

total 24

11/1/10

cheese (1), coffee with cream and sweet and low (2)

lunch - turkey roll up with cheese (5)

snack - cheese (1) (note to self, lay off cheese tomorrow)

dinner - 2 hamburger pattys and two slices cheese (2), 28 almonds (2) and 1.5 cup veggies (7) and my new favorite drink water with 2 tbs fresh lemon juice (2) and a few drops of sweet and low.

total = 22

goals for tomorrow = less cheese, more veggies

dinner - I am going out - it will be some protein and some veggie. I am going to try to keep it to 10 carbs but expect to have some wine Ended up having the following:

glass of champagne (2), 3 small oysters (4), meat plate with olives (2), sweetbreads (2), and chicken liver pate on endive (5), salad (5), glass wine (3), glass champagne (2)

total 39! oops! getting back on track today....

man i am HUNGRY today. going to try not to wreck the loss!

bfast - burger patty with cheese and a few pickles (2) I was in a hurry. 2 cups coffee with cream (4), lemon"aid" (2)

snack - almonds (2)

snack - egg (1)

snack - cheese (1), turkey (1)

dinner - veggies (3), sausage (1), 1/2 pack miracle noodles with butter and sage (2)

cheese (2)

gum (3)

total 25
