Hello everyone as you know i have been struggling to lose just a pound , I have found my problem every morning I take vitamin E and Vitamin C, my vitamin C has been my problem Each tablet has 5 carbs, OMG usually I take 2 however some morning I will take 4 (2000 mg) needless to say i am giving up my vitamin c for now till i find a low carb brand anyway.
Hopefully I will see results next week.
