Default Carbalicious Dinner & Lunch!

Yesterday I planned on Pork Roast and Stir Fry for dinner. I get home and on the table....pizza, breaded wings, french fries. Carbalicious-ness! All my favorite pre-Atkins foods.

I was offered, but declined. I roasted my pork, cooked my veggies and happily ate those.

Today...another Carbalicious day at work. The building I work in is holding a lunch for the tenants. On the menu...sandwiches, pasta salad, cookies.

Declined again

It seems easier this time around. Last night I was reading a magazine with the pizza boxes within reach and within smell and I actually didn't really want any. All I kept thinking was...I'll never get out of the bathroom tomorrow if I eat that. LOL!

good for you. I succumbed to some chocolate today. Felt crummy afterward.
its so hard sitting in front of me. Will have to avoid that situation in the future, move away from the chocolate.
