Okay...I'll be the first to say that this really surprises me....

I'm craving CELERY!

You have no idea how much I used to HATE celery but now I'm thinking for lunch tomorrow I'll have celery stuffed with tuna salad. And it's sounding YUMMY to me!

It's amazing what sounds good when there are no carbs to stuff our faces with! I now crave spinach salad and our no-sugar honey mustard dressing. Who knew?
