Well the basics of atkins are 20 net carbs a day with a minimum of 12 from veggies.
You can deduct up to 4 fiber grams from a foods carb count to get the net carb. Ie if I eat C and it has 8 grams carbs and 6 grams fiber I can deduct 4 for a total of 4 net carbs.
Cheese is 1 carb per ounce even if it doesnt say so and you should try to limit your servings.
