Default Yay! And a Weight-Tracker Question...

Down to 212 this morning! I'm so excited...the strict week paid off in a big way. Four pounds! Yes!

HELP Question: How do I change my separate weight- tracker for the 30 pound challenge...it didn't change when my main weight-tracker did. And I really want it to show 219 as the starting weight; 212 as the current weight; 189 as the goal weight, so it'll be separate from the main tracker. Help, please!

Great job everyone!! I weighed in at 198.4. I've been trying to talk myself out of being upset about it all morning. .8?? I know it's a loss and that's better than gaining or staying the same but I just feel like I worked so hard. I think I'm going to try a 'strict week' this week and see if that won't help. I am very inspired by everyone's success this week. Keep it up lovelies!

Sandy, the second ticker won't automatically change when you change the first one. You will have to change it manually as well. You can change your sw to what you started the day you accepted the challenge, cw to what you are now and gw to what you will be in 30 lbs from the sw. Hope this helps??

Default Take any loss you can get!

It's hard not to be discouraged...count it as a pound, and keep rollin', Ayda! You've done a fabulous job with your weight loss, and a pound is one less you're totin' around.

A strict week last week moved me off the one or two pound loss...Let's have a super 100% week!

TOM is so inconvenient! He's always messing up our plans...Not to worry...you know it's the dreaded TOM BLOAT. Eat lots of cucumbers...the long, sweet English ones - excellent for getting rid of water. (Cool as a Cucumber? LOL)

Only down 1 pound this week. It is the TOM here too and I worked night shift last night so its like weighing in the middle of the day. However, it is a pound and I know next week will be reflect better.

Who's in? I have the following ladies: Cher, Fatmac, Ayda, Hairchick, Shells, Ghost Girl, Readyfreddy, Lts Girl, DandyDiva, Kyrren, Luckie13 as active on the thread.

Sunnynurse, Calluna, Clanori, Avezy, FoodObsessed, Nona, and DebinCA may be in, but we haven't heard from you.

Sorry a mary kay party kept me from weighing in yesterday but i'm down 6 pounds to 267. I'm so juced. but is it just water loss? should i not het too excited like my friends keep telling me? I'm glad for everyone who stuck to there program this week, wether you loss a lot or a few ounces, or tom is messing up your weigh in. Sticking to your plan is still really good and shows alot of will power on our parts. Have a great sunday...
