I have SOOO much energy! I don't feel sluggish and tired like after a carb binge.

Plus it is a relief not to be thinking about food in social situations. Before it was like alwqays focused on the food - now I focus on the company.

Hi Deena! The "primal" way of life allows and encourages many fats (butter, olive oil, avocado, coconut oil NOT seed oils like canola or soy). It is very much like Atkins except it encourages whole foods and preferably organic foods. Of course, you can "do" Atkins using whole foods.

In fact, on the "primal" thread, we have a two-week challenge going doing basically "primal Atkins induction". No one has really called it that, but that's what it is. Here is a link to our monthly thread.
