Hi everyone. I am new to the forum and am starting the induction phase today. Wish me luck!
A little about me. I am an AF (Air Force) wife and my DH is gone in training. He is my workout partner and I am feeling a little lost without him, but this is also my chance to prove that I can do it without him. I will see him again in September, so this give me a little over 40 days to work it.
I also have four children. That is where the weight began. I was always the tall thin one in the family and now.....not so much. I wish I could say that it is still weight from being pregnant, but my youngest is 4yrs old. lol! So my goal is to lose this weight permanently, be healthy and strong, and to be the tall thin woman I used to be. (I know my family makes comments about the weight and I would love the next time we go home to show them that I could do it.)
