Default Induction foods

Hi everyone! I was just wondering if anyone would write down what foods are good to eat in induction phase, particularly which vegetables are suitable. Thanks!

I don't think the OP reads threads once they are posted as similar questions have been posted, then a lot of helpful replies, then nothing for a week or so until a new thread.
