Liquid Protien? Headache meds?
 

Is it a good idea to take the liquid protien in induction? No carbs in it, and I am pretty sure I don't get enough protien in during the day. I also am taking a excedrin migrain in am and pm and tha makes the low carb headaches go away. Is that ok to do? I have lost 4 lbs and started july 5th! Normally I don't make it this far because of the headaches but with the meds I haven't even thought about cheating.
