Default Atkins: 4 lbs. in two days!!!

This is day three for me. I have learned over the years that I have no control when it comes to carbs which is why I have not lost weight in ten years! Since I have to eat I decided to eliminate all carbs and start Atkins! Day three I did not have the Ketosis breath yet so I stepped on the scale thinking it would be a gain because of all rich foods I have been eating and guess what...

4 lbs down! Unreal.. and I know its water weight, but we all know the scale makes us feel better and gives reassurance.

YAY!

Good for you! You do let go of a lot of water you are retaining when you low carb. Its also a boost to your confidence when you step on the scale! Love it. It can take a few days to get into ketosis....in the meantime you can still lose weight. I wish you continued success!!
