Ahhhh!!!

I was on here the other day complaining about myself, and that I overate off the Atkins induction list... WELL!!! I made a change the next day from Creamer in my coffee to heavy cream, and have lost 5 lbs... the ones I gained and an additional 2.5!! Yay, today I feel victoriuos!!:carrot:

Oh!!! And I enjoy my coffe again!!:D
