Default my new fav dinner!

dice and stir fry a chicken breast cook till brown. add 1/2 of a pak choi and a hand full of spinach leaves stir fry for 3 mins then add 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce.

stir for 30 seconds then serve. it is gorgeous! plus a desert of jelly and cream with a cup of tea made with unsweetened soya milk.

all comes in at under 10g

as the link says. but it actually has very little taste. its a very subtle nutty/peppery taste that you can't notice if you have it with other things. its really hard to explain. but its a green leafy vegtable with minimal carbs and lets face it we can all do with more of them.

In the US you'll more commonly hear it called "Bok Choy", not "Pak Choi" - same veggie, different names.
