Hope you won't be feeling low about the past for long! Once you get going with Atkins again, you'll feel better.
If you are an emotional eater, Atkins is a great way of life, since you actually have the option to eat if you need to. Just eat foods that are acceptable. Eat veggies, pickles, whole foods like meat and eggs, make sauces out of things that are allowed. Make yourself an Induction friendly sweet once in a while -- or if you really really need one, grab an Atkins bar or shake for the sweet tooth. (There aren't a lot of fans of those around, but honestly, they have saved my hiney lots of times!)
