Extending Induction is a personal preference. The main concern is becoming bored with the limited food choices of Induction.
As for losing more quickly...there are a lot of factors to consider. Some people have to strictly restrict carbs to lose & continue losing...while others are able to lose at a higher carb level. Everyone is different so there is no true answer.
I'll be on Atkins 6 years next month and I basically keep my carbs low (slightly above Induction level)....but, I don't limit myself to only Induction foods.
I hope this helps
All the best to you!
