Default HELP! It's late and my calories are WAY low today

I did it! I did my first whole day of by-the-book Induction without fudging on a single thing. The only problem is, after entering all my foods at my fat secret diary, my calories are only 725. That's way too low, I know it.

But it was a really busy day at work. I had a late meeting, then I had to leave home not long after I got in the door to get a few groceries, then I was oddly kind of hyper and had to calm down a while before dinner. After eating a very well-balanced meal with the family, I'm not at all hungry anymore, and it's getting later. What should I do?

I'd bag it for the night and do better tomorrow. try to be consistant and it works but a day here and there where you are too low I don't think will hurt.....relax you've had a crazy day.

If you aren't hungry it's okay for it to happen one night. Once in a while I've found I've eaten like 1,000 calories for the day- but the food was so nutrient packed that I've been okay. I'd look to see where you can add more calories in for tomorrow- eventually your body will not be happy with that and you might binge.

Thats OK every now and again. Don't eat if you are not hungry....try not to have too many days like this in a row..it will only hurt you.

Thanks everyone! I had another busy day today, but I'm trying to get things up to normal before I have to dash out again this evening. I do feel better that I didn't ruin everything by not getting enough calories. I don't plan on making a habit of that, since I'm a food fan.

You can always add some calories easily on days like this by adding a bit more butter to your veggies or top your eggs with a bit at bfast. I do this especially on days that I know I prob won't be eating much other than bfast and dinner. It gets your calories in and ups your good fats for the day.
