Bravo for freezing the brownies - what a good idea!

I have the same vision of maintenance as you - being able to occasionally eat foods like pizza, but sticking 90% of the time to low carb fare. In fact I had a week like that last week - due to circumstances I was at a dinner which was carbs, carbs, and more carbs. Mainly I pushed things around on my plate, and I ate as much protein as I could, but I also ate more carbs than usual. I still had a loss for the week. (I was extra careful for a few days after).

I've noticed since I started eating low carb that I don't have the urge to binge. Occasionally I have a desire for a not-low-carb food (often emotionally triggered) but the physical desire to eat and eat doesn't exist anymore for me.
