Default Newbie Frustrated no weight loss since December

Sorry this is so long.
I am new to the forums but not new to Atkins I have done it on and off since 15. I didn't diet for a year or so and gained up to 185-195lbs. I was finally sick of feeling so uncomfortable so I started again in August and am now 155lbs. My problem is that I have not lost anything, not a pound, since a week or so before Christmas. I have cheated but only because I get so down after not cheating for a month and not losing anything. I do exercise when I can but I am a nursing student and it is demanding and sometimes I only get in an hour of cardio a week. As far as my menu goes I normally eat some variation of eggs and breakfast meats like sausage or bacon for breakfast but lately I have been eating carbmaster yogurts since I don't have time to cook. Lunch is most often whatever I can get my hands on during my lunch break so normally a fast food salad or burger with no bun. I have a meat and vegetable serving for dinner. I have done this before with much success. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I do eat cheeses for snacks and also drink diet cokes and crystal light packets in my water. A diabetic friend told me her doctor told her that artificial sugars are still to be counted as sugar. It kind of makes since so could my beverages be the problem? Again I am sorry this is so long I am just so discouraged. My goal weight for summer is 130lbs and while I thought it wouldn't be a problem now I am not so sure. Thanks in advance to all who reply.

Sounds like you may not be eating enough. On Atkins, fat is important...are you getting enough? Veggies & salads are also very important.
Diet Cokes & Crystal Light could be a problem. Artificial sweeteners...particularly aspartame are something that really should be avoided. Water is very important...how much are you drinking a day?
If you could get more exercise, I'm sure that would definitely help. Something as simple as walking can make a lot of difference.
I hope this helps!
All the best to you!
