Default am i in right direction with atkins

am gonna cook

chicken leg in cooked in pint of chicken stock in oven
and have it with 4oz onions fried in butter and 4oz boiled cabbage

which is 10 carb

is that right so i know

Hi and

If you get the atkins book it will guide you with the carb count in foods. Then you don't have to second guess yourself.

I do know that onions have alot of carbs so be careful w/your portions.

Onions are pretty "carby"...1/2 cup has 6.9 grams carbs!
